Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Exchange Policy/Returns

  • Exchange Request: You may request an exchange within 3 days of order delivery.

  • Exchange Process: Exchanges can be initiated through your Look At That login on our website. To request an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met.

  • All returns will be processed as exchanges. A deduction of ₹100 per product will be applied from the original price (Cash on Delivery charges are not included in the original price).

    • The product must be returned with its original tags.
    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product will be inspected upon return.
    • Rs.100 will be deducted per product for exchange.
    • The remaining amount will be credited/Coupon Code to your Look At That login account in the form of credits, which can be used to purchase another product of your choice on www..lookatathat.in
    • Sizes 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly ensure to review the size chart for accurate measurements before placing your order.
    • Please note we will make only one attempt to pick up the product if the quality check or the pickup fails the product needs to be shipped back to our warehouse address by the customer : 10770 Rustomjee Eaze Zone  Goregaon West Mumbai 400104.
    • The product will be picked up anywhere between 2 to 20 working days from the date of request depending upon the courier partner at the customers pincode.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits for future purchases.

  • All refunds will be treated as exchange and Rs.100/- will be deducted per product returned.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 to 7 working days

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request: Cancellations can be made via your Look At That login on our website within one hour after ordering the product. To cancel an order, access your order history in your account and follow the provided cancellation process.

If in any case if the refund amount is processed Rs.100/- will be deducted per product 

Return amount will be processed in 5 to 7 working days

Please Note if the product is found used, your original product will be shipped back to after payments of Rs.100/- per product.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with returning the item(s).

We will send you the Coupon Code as soon as the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

It's important to note that this policy does not cover incorrect or negligent orders placed by customers, including requests related to fitting, size, color, or quality of the product.
